Dear Devotees,

It is going to be 12 years now, from the last Dwaja Prathishta & Mahakumbhabhishekam conducted in Sree Vilwadrinatha Swamy Temple and Mahakumbhabhishekams in Sree Santhi Durga Parameswari & Siva Temples of Mathur Agraharam during 1998. It is our custom/tradition to conduct Mahakumbhabhishekam every 12 years. This is being performed for increasing the divinity of deities, welfare and prosperity of the Village, Bhaktajanam & members both far & near.

Now it is proposed for Mahakumbhabhishekam in all the three Temples during 2010. In a Gramajana Meeting held at Gramam, the following persons were elected as office bearers ( in addition to 17 executive committee members).

We approached Padoor Sri.Radhakrishna Panicker for the conduct of Ashtamangalaya Prasnam and he has given his consent for the same along with Vengassery Sri.Mohana Panicker on 16th and 17th March 2009. at Sri. Vilwadrinathar Temple.

It is because of your active support and participation, we are able to conduct the daily Poojas and all conncted functions in a befitting manner in all the above temples without any hindrance. Taking into consideration the present cost of materials repairs of three Temples, Kumbhabhisheka expenses Nithya Pooja Fund, consturction of Agrasala with rooms and other expenditures, the estimated expenditure will be about rupees 1 Crore. We Will be able to conduct the Kumbhabhishekam only with continued support and participation of the Bhaktajanam far and near. We also propose to bring out a souvenir on this occasion.

We will be able to provide the detailed repair activities only after the Deva Prasnam and the same shall be forwarded at the earliest.
